Dr. Shahina Javad is an Assistant Professor of Human Resource Management at IMT, Dubai. She is a fellow from XLRI, Jamshedpur. She has published her research (or is under review) in refereed journals. Her current research areas are pay satisfaction, leadership, recruitment strategies, networking, and organizational politics. Her teaching interest includes Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Compensation & Benefits, Leadership, Organization Change & Development, Training & Development, Workforce Diversity etc.
